Driver travel to a different state may violate traffic rule and legal department give a ticket to him. Ticket need to resolve by a lawyer having a license to that state. Which create an issue for a driver. Using this system driver can upload his ticket and respective state lawyer get a notification and assign a ticket to self and resolve it.
